Draft: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a medium size off-white foamy head. Aroma of tart notes with light oak with some acidic notes with some subtle peach notes. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some Brett notes with some acidic notes, subtle peach with light funky finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable sour but a tad too much acidic notes for my taste.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light peaches, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light peaches, pleasant and refreshing. Bottle at Festibière de Gatineau été 2018.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur jaune paille voilée, mousse blanche. Arôme de Brett, boisé, fermier, soupçon de pêche. Goût de Brett, pêche, acidité moyenne-faible, amertume moyenne, fermier, floral. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.
