Cruchon dégusté le 10-02-2018... Il fallait oser ;-) Un peu flat au visuel, mais quelle texture incroyablement agréable en bouche! Du grand art... Les houblons surannés et le basilic se marient parfaitement, mais j'avoue que ça a surpris mes papilles...

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color Weisse with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some basilic notes clearly identifiable. Taste is a nice mix of tart notes with well-balanced basilic notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. I was expecting the basilica to dominate the flavour profile but this is actually a very well-balanced and highly drinkable Weisse.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light basil, light resinous notes, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice lemony malt with light basil , citrus pulp, resinous hop, very nice and refreshing. On tap at à l'autre oeil.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur dorée voilé, mousse blanche. Arôme de basilic, houblon fruité, fraise. Goût de basilic, acidité moyenne, malt. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.
