Bottle: Poured a dirty yellow color ale with a medium size off-white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of spicy rye notes with light dry hoppy notes is intriguing. Taste is a nice mix of spicy rye notes with some dry herbal hops notes with light residual sugar notes with some yeasty notes also perceptible. Body is full with good carbonation. Interesting beer but maybe there is a bit too much going here.

En fût sur place. Couleur jaune voilée, mousse blanche abondante et tenace. Arôme de levure, citron, pointe de girofle. Goût de levure, malt, girofle, amertume moyenne-faible. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.

A reddish orange ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light mineral notes, ripe banana bread, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of fruity esters, light cloves, light solvent notes, grassy resinous hops, pleasant overall. On tap at Le Barrage.
