Brown bottle, 750 ml, from and with Sébastien Bertrand (merci!), savoured on November 3 2017; eye: old pink, hazy, no effervescence, no head, no lacing; nose: fruity, light smoky, malt; mouth: fruity, light smoky, malt, fruity finale with light smoky presence, medium-light body, lightly sweet, slick texture; overall: correct

Bouteille brune, 750 ml, de et avec Sébastien Bertrand (merci!), savourée le 3 novembre 2017; œil : vieux rose, voilée, pas d’effervescence, pas de mousse, pas de dentelle; nez : fruité, léger fumé, malt; bouche : fruité, léger fumé, malt, finale fruitée avec légère présence fumé, corps moyen-léger, légèrement sucrée, texture coulante; en résumé : correct

Bottle: Poured a light hazy pink color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of smoked malt with some cereal notes with light haskap notes. Taste is a well-balanced mix between some smoked malt notes with haskap notes with clean cereal notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Easy drinking beer with nice level of complexity.

En fût au Bières et Saveurs 2017. Couleur rouge pâle trouble, mousse rosée fugace. Arôme de fumée, fruits rouges, pointe de céréales. Goût de fumée, fruité, canneberge, légère acidité, plutôt désaltérant. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.
