I bet you don’t know this style ! A hoppy steamed lager ! This beer was made with some lager yeast but it was fermented at higher temperature like an ale. This particular method develops some very nice fruity flavours with a slight sweetness at the end. Motueka and barbe rouge were used as aromatic hops while cascade was chosen to be used as a dry hopping. The association of soft bitterness and the delicate hints of spices, pine, blackberries and orange make this beer unique.

17 /09 /2017 - draught glass shared with 77ships and tderoeck@Hedonis Ambachtsfest. Hazy amber, small head. Nose is weird kinda perfume. Taste is bitter, harsh, soapy, some fruit.

Pours unclear amberblonde. Small white head. Smell is weak. Taste is thin, bit malty, mild toasty, bit bitter. Ok.

Thank you for sharing tderoeck & Bierridder_S. Sampled draft @ Hedonis Ambachtsfest 2017. Yay, rare style tick. Orange, creamy white. Nose is weird soapy, green with big perfume, massive weird esters. Taste is BE overripe with soap, spoiled soap, harsh excessive bitter esters, too green, soap, perfume,.. Lively overripe green apple soap bodied. Not for me. Rather hard to drink.

Little hazy orange to light amber beer, creamy solid white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweetish, floral, rotten banana, soapy. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of banana, little sour, soapy bitterness, floral, sour apples. Aftertaste: fruity notes, lots and lots of bitter yeast, bitter finish.
