nice spicy malt, and loads of ripe fruit, some plums, figs, even some peach. the flavour is much of the samel, with a load of swet caramel malt. an interesting beer, a decent attempt at such a big beer.

Pours a deep amber, kind of copper colour with very active carbonation showing through the ruby highlights. This makes the beige head very creamy with great retention and super thick creamy lace. Aromas of dark fruits, apples, chocolate and yeast. Silky mouthfeel with a very light dry finish. Flavours like the smell with the apples lingering. Wow, this is pretty complex overall, but all so well-blended. Glad I tried this.

Bouteille 750ml. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen-dense.

Bottle: Poured a dark brown color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some very good lacing. Aroma of light dry fruit with fruity ester and some nice caramelized malt notes is very enticing. Taste is a wonderful mix between some fruity ester with light dry fruits notes with a solid Belgian malt backbone with some caramelized notes. Body is full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very well brewed with nice level of complexity while retaining a very good drinkability factor.
