Bouteille 500ml. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen-dense.

Bottle: Poured a light clear amber color ale with a nice light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of candi sugar and caramelised malt notes is quite enticing with some candy like ester also easily noticeable. Taste is a mix of candi sugar, caramelized malt light dry fruits with also of candy ester. Body si lighter than average for style with good carbonation. Well brewed overall with great flavours though maybe a little bit thin for the style.

A hazed amber ale with a thin creamy lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light candy sugar, light curacao, coriander, light perfumy notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of candy sugar, light curacao, coriander, light perfumy notes, grassy hops, alcohol warmth, very nice and refreshing. On tap at Festibière du Suroit 2016.
