Tap at FFB20, shared with the crew. I only took numerical notes while having this one.

Cask days 2016. strong, tart malted wheat aroma, with hints of raspberry, and quite the bit of herbal flowers. The flowers fade right off after the first few secdonds. thin mouthfeel, and a soft carb. Finish is very lightly tart, random berry flavour with a strong malted wheat throughout, and a lactic tartness.

On tap at Left Field, pours a hazy deep pinkish amber with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with tart raspberries and a little lacto. Flavour is salty and fruity, with plenty of lacto, tart raspberries and salt. Pleasant and fruity. Good stuff.

This gose poured a reddish amber colour with a pink, creamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include sour raspberries, fruit punch and dough. First swig was quite thin but was bursting with raspberry flavour. Quite tart from beginning to end. Finish is nothing but sour raspberries.

Pours a hazed, pink-amber colour with a bubbly light-pink head, fizzing away leaving a small collar. Beautiful fruity-sweet aromas of the raspberry juices, with the floral hibiscus, saltiness and sourness. Then, the big yeast-tartiness hits you. The mouthfeel is quite sour at first, going through the raspberries and finishing on the tartiness, lingering. The salt is well-blended. An all-around very nice fruity gose.

Bouteille 650ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur rose pamplemousse trouble, mousse rosée fugace. Arôme de framboise, floral. Goût de framboise trop mûre, légère acidité, un peu âcre, à peine salin, végétal. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen. Pas mauvais, pas excellent, pas une Gose...
