Cloudy and dull tan. Light brett, with a yeast note....the nose isn’t all that exciting but the palate is pretty good, has a bretty accent, a bit yeasty, brighter hops. Certainly a different character.

From Canada courtesy of my dear brother: pours straw color with a white head. Aroma is somewhat herbal and spicy and strawful. Nice little hoppy bite in the taste. Rather dry. Pretty nice.

Bottle: Poured a nice bright yellow color ale with a large foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of herbal notes with floral hoppy notes and light spicy notes is pretty interesting. Taste is a nice mix of light Bretty notes with dry herbal notes with light hoppy citrusy notes with some spicy yeasty notes also perceptible. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Well brewed for the style thought missing a little bit of attenuation.

Le nez est citronné, je perçois des Bretts et du souffre... L’effervescence est bonne pour le style, sans être exagérée. Le miel et la gomme balloune prennent beaucoup de place. Très bonne entrée en la matière pour ce nouveau joueur!!!

A murky blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light talcum, flowers, grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, herbaceous character, light coriander, curacao, spices, very nice. On tap at La Cuvée d’hiver 2016.
