Hockey on TV and a nice kiss from Prague… Vagabond Bon Baiser de Prague Bohemian Pilsner 4.9% 25 IBU Pale straw gold with thick fluffy white foam and a soft spicy hop bouquet. Medium bodied, crisp and clean with a bitter herbal finish. This is refreshing beer, totally crushable!

Can that pours a little hazy, golden colour with just a tad of orange hue. The off-white head is huge, frothy, foamy with great retention and patchy thick foam spots. Apple nose with the Pils malts and spicy Saaz hops. The taste shows the peppery hops and mild cereal grains. Again, hints of apples making this quite a refreshing Pilsner with fruity and spicy notes. I quite like this.

Draft @ Festibière De Québec 2018. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy aroma. Fruity malty grainy weak yeasty grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy finish.

Bouteille 500ml. Miel et herbes fraiches composent l’essentiel de l’olfactif avec de subtiles notes de pain. Liquide doré / ambré d’une limpidité absolue, recouvert d’une mousse rocailleuse qui dure moyennement. L’entrée de bouche est croustillante, sèche et tout en subtilité de notes de céréales. Le miel est bien présent et en soutient aux accents de céréales fraiches et au fond de pain blanc fraichement sorti du four. Son amertume douce et herbacée donne la touche finale à cette très épatante svetlé. Complexe et subtile.

En fût au Festival des bières de Laval. Couleur dorée translucide, fine mousse blanche. Arôme de houblon herbal, malt. Goût de malt, céréales, houblon herbal, amertume moyenne-faible. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.
