Super hazy golden and ultra coppered coloured body with a nice, three centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of light grass, hay, tons of malt and light grain along with some moderate alcohol flavours and some yeast residue along with a slightly bready finish to the smell and ending with that tiny bit of hops noticeable. Light to Medium-bodied; Dry, grassy and very yeastie flavour at first that goes down very nicely, yet leaves a great bit of complexity, just from the malt alone, coupled with some lighter hop elements, a tiny pinch of sugars and a bit more of the grassy/dry flavours make this pretty nice. Aftertaste shows more of the dry flavours with the grain and pungent bread notes finishing out the flavours and only a bit of sugar at the finish. Overall, a very nice 'single' with a good amount of flavour and complexity throughout, especially for the ABV! Nice to sample regardless, and especially if you like single's from non-Belgium/Canada! I sampled this tall, twenty ounce (Canada/Ontario only?) slender bottle purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Columbus Circle), New York on 11-June-2017 for only US$3,99 sampled at home in Washington on 16-October-2017. Draft: Poured a golden color ale with a medium foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of light residual sugar and fruity ester is enjoyable enough. Taste is a mix of Belgian malt notes with some residual sugar notes and some fruity ester. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easy drinking Belgian ale with maybe a tad too much residual sugar.

Hazy pale blond color. Nice aroma, grassy and hoppy. Smooth mouthfeel; mildly spicy yeast, dry and astringent finish, a bit grassy.
Nice.

Hazy and quite pale. Thin head. The aroma is mellow, bready pale malts and just some light esters. Light body. Esters, basically a light Belgian-y session beer.

650mL bottle, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, crackery malt, some straw and light candied sugar. Flavour is along the same lines, with Belgian yeast straw, cereal malt and a little residual sweetness. Slender body, with a fairly dry finish. Solid stuff.

Un beau nez citronné avec des levures à plein, comme on dit! C’est un superbe amalgame des parfums et saveurs; souvent, le palais ne peut suivre le nez ;-( L’étiquette est géniale pour un amateur de baseball et de bière ;-)

Bouteille 600ml. Couleur jaune dorée trouble, mousse blanche voluptueuse. Arôme de levure, citron, blé?, malt. Goût de levure, malt, citron, légère amertume. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen, aérienne.
