Bottle. I love the Shelton Bros. They have brought so many great beers to us. My only question is why a freaking brett, nasty, funk beer. IPA, Doppelbock, stout, Irish Ale, anything would have been better.

Bottle at the apartment in Brooklyn - sourced from a random shop in the neighbourhood. Didn't realise this beer was bottled almost three years ago! It has aged well, though. Pours clear gold with some floating bra and a frothy, white cap. Nice brett funk, some lemon peel, grassy bitterness, grain husk. Light bodied with active carbonation. Bitter on the finish, more grass, citrus peel, wheat flakes, a bit of Belgian yeast, more funk. Quite solid overall.

Poured at Shelton Festival, cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral and yeast. Medium body, grass, yeast, fruity malt, light dry finish, very good.

BIG THANKS to kraddel! Bottled 06 JUL 2016. Hazy lighter shade bright citrus golden, creamy white head. Nose is De La Senne brett profile, very sparkling, farmhouse grain, big white pepper, hay. Very fizzy, sparkling, bit too highly carbonated, De La Senne brett is huge, cow fodder, white pepper, very fizzy, doughy grainy cereal. Interesting, De La Senne brett is still an acquired taste for me, bit too carbonated but not bad, quite similar to Bruxellensis actually.

Bottle. Bought in Massachuset's best store ;) Thnx for the drive up here, Mike ! Pours unclear yellowblonde. Small to medium white head. Rather good stability, creamy, and much lacing. Smell is funky, some Brett.. bready as well. taste is nice and refreshing. Crisp, brett, corns. Pretty good mf and higher, but still OK carbo. nice.

Bottle at Bagby. Hazy yellow color. Aroma of rising sourdough bread dough. Taste is funky lemongrass and pepper. Delicious.
