Cloudy blonde with a sheet of white head. Decent amount of hay malt and coriander. Taste heavy coriander, sweet hay malts, orange is getting buried here. Balance feels off to what what should be a fairly standard Belgian Wit.

Can: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head. Aroma of wheat malt with light residual sugar notes and some calry dominant notes of coriander. Taste is a great mix of wheat malt with light dry orange peel notes with some coriander notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed with a great refreshing profile.

A hazed blonde wit with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light coriander, curacao, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with coriander, banana esters, cloves, nice and smooth. On tap at Brouhaha Ahuntsic.

En fût au Boswell. Couleur jaune doré pâle trouble, mousse blanche laissant un anneau sur les parois du verre. Arôme de grains de coriandre, orange, malt. Goût de grains de coriandre, malt, zeste d’orange. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen-faible.
