Nice copper, amber pour, with a large white head. Aroma is floral, light herbs, light cilantro, soft citrus zest, and light spruce needle. Good mouth feel, and good carb. Light to medium bitterness, light tartness, resinous finish.

Hazy dark yellow colour with fluffy head. It's a really nice mix of citrusy hop notes, gentle Brett and a really dry finish with a growing bitterness.

Small if stable off-white head over fully veiled orangey golden beer. Bit Bretts in the nose, bit molded citruspeel, vegetal ro algae, and a hint of pickles. Again Bretts, in force, again citruspeel. Algae, watergreenery. Finish has some hoppy bitterness. Feels very carbonated, bit slick, very light body (the Bretts). I understand the idea, I guess, but the Bretts make it too unidimensional, as there is precious little else to speak about.

Bottle: poured a hazy dirty beige color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fruity ester with nice floral hoppy notes is quite interesting. Taste is a nice mix of fruity ester from the Brett yeast notes with some great hoppy notes with floral undertones and very limited bitterness. Body is full with excellent carbonation. I really loved how the Brett notes enhance and complement the hoppy notes.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with nice Brett notes, light grassy hops, light citrus pulp, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of Brett, ground cherries, light cork character, a bit light bodied but overall, nice. Bottle from Veux tu une Bière.

Bouteille 500ml.
