A beautiful summer beer. The nose features spice, banana and a touch of sweet malt. Refreshing and well balanced, citrus fruit mix well with nutmeg and coriander, some banana, wheat and sweet malt. significant, fine effervescence adds to the light touch on this Blanche.

Flight shared with Jacob and Peter on an extra day after our own „flight“ went on strike. Pale gold with a fleeting crown. Funky, yeasty aroma. Mildly bitter. Touch watery. Refreshing and easygoing. Faint clove at the end. Okayish.

Hazy yellow, small rocky white head. Aroma of lemon, yeasty, and quite a. It of buttery wheat. Very active carb, soft mouthfeel. Some herbs, and a soft ginger finish. Not bad.

This Witbier has a lot of citrus, lemon touch of sourness. Very lightly hazed, light golden-yellow with a frothy white cap, decent stay and some traces of lacing. Orange aromas with lemon zest, and a nice blend of coriander. Refreshing citrus notes in the taste with the spices being a little milder, but still there. Lighter flavours, and even pears comes out. A nice, fresh, milder Witbier with the citrus and spice notes.

On tap at Pit Caribou, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of coriander upfront, with a touch of citrus. Flavour is along the same lines, with bright coriander, citrus peel and fresh wheat. Vibrant and well-designed. Certainly an above average wit.

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy pale yellow with white head. Orange citrus, coriander, hint of lemon wit. Simple, but well done.
