Can from Chez Ben. Possibly a new version ABV listed on the can as 7%. Hazy dark amber with a small off white head that fades quickly to a sheet leaving spotty lace. Nose is pine forward with some tropical fruit, citrus and grass along with a good dose of caramel. Light caramel sweetness with a big pine, grapefruit and grass bitterness. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. 8/3/7+/4-/15

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light resinous notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with treacle, resinous and piney hops, light mineral notes, light citrus pulp, very nice. On tap at L'autre Oeil.

Bottle: Poured a bright blonde color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral citrusy notes with some grapefruit notes is quite enticing. Taste is a refreshing mix of zesty grapefruit with some floral citrus notes and light resinous notes with hints of residuals agar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Super flavorful and enjoyable IPA with very subtle bitterness.
