Tap at the brewpub. Man i love the citra hop. Incredible citrus aroma comming off this beer. Good mouthfeel, good carb. Juicy hops, loads of citrus, grapefruit to be specific. Medium bitter finish, incredible hoppy finish, an amazing session pale ale.

On tap at the brewpub. My favorite of the ones I tried. It pours a clear amber orange with a creamy beige head. Fruity hop bouquet with mild maltiness in the aroma. The taste is spicy, peppery rye then juicy piney and fruity hop notes for a well balanced ale. 3.7

En fût au brouepub. Couleur orangée voilée, mousse blanche laissant une dentelle tenace. Arôme de houblon résineux, citra, orange amère, urine de chat subtil. Goût de houblon résineux, pamplemousse, bonne amertume. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Draft: Poured a bright golden color ale with a large foamy head. Aroma of Citra hops is clearly identifiable with load of grapefruit and piney notes and a lightly sweet malt backbone. Taste is also dominated by loads of flora notes of Citra hops with grapefruit flavours and some piney undertones with a lightly sweet malt backbone. Very refreshing and easy to drink with just enough complexity for the style.

A hazed golden ale with a tin off white head. In aroma, a smooth sweet caramel malt with butterscotch and citrusy hops. In mouth, a nice smooth biscuit malt with herbaceous hops, nice and smooth, a bit viscous bodies. On tap at Mondial 2012, June 10 2012.

This beer has a toasty and slightly citrusy aroma. Toastiness prevails on the palate as well, without much nuance and not much in the way of hop.

(24 mars 2012)
