Où, Quand, Comment : Bouteille, dégustée le 6/21/2014.
Visuel : Couleur : orangée. Apparence : légèrement voilée.
Arôme : Houblon fruité (agrumes, notes de pêche), herbeux, aux notes citriques, léger de céréales.
Goût : En entrée de bouche : Goût léger-moyen amer de houblon herbeux, fruité (agrumes, faibles notes d’abricots), aux notes citriques et florales, présent toute la gorgée. Un support de grains de malt légèrement sucrés est également présent avec des notes de pain.
En bouche : Corps : moyen. Effervescence : moyenne. Texture : légèrement crémeuse. Finale : moyenne, composée d’une légère amertume de houblon herbeux, légèrement fruité, et florale.

Bonne amertume au début avec une odeur qui rappelle le pain. Pour le reste, c’est plutôt moyen selon mes goûts ;(

A hazed blonde pale ale with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit with grassy herbaceous hops, citrusy, not bad. In mouth, a nice biscuit fruity malt with grassy citrusy hops, refreshing. Bottle from Brouhaha Gatineau.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur orangée translucide, mousse beige pâle aérienne tenace laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme d’agrumes, malt, houblon suranné. Goût de malt, agrumes, caramel léger, houblon léger. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen-faible. Les flaveurs sont plutôt masquées, rien de désastreux, mais rien d’agréable non plus.

Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a rather large off-white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of citrus bitter hoppy notes with lightly sweet notes. Taste is also dominated by citrus and herbal hoppy notes with light bitterness in the aftertaste with a gentle and lightly sweet malt base. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Nothing earth shattering but well brewed and enjoyable.
