El gusto es suave al principio dejando paso a un amargor moderado al final, sin sabor a alcohol; tiene 20 IBU'S de amargor, y una graduación alcohólica de 4,6% vol.
Gasificación por 2 ª fermentación en botella, alimentada con azúcares especiales. Espuma moderada-alta, perfil de malta alto que se nota en el cuerpo de la cerveza.
La fermentación es lenta y estable (debido al tipo de levadura) y a temperatura controlada. El embotellado y realimentación de la levadura, da paso a una maduración, también controlando la temperatura y sobre todo la luz.
Sullerica receta original, se hace con maltas de cebada y trigo, tres tipos de lúpulos, levadura especial, agua de Sóller, romero, hierba luisa y nuestra flor de naranja

330ml bottle from the brewery. Pours hazy yellow with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of flora, straw, herbs & hops. Moderate body. Smooth finish. Enjoyable

Bottle on the beach at Port de soller. Pours hazy amber, nose is toffee, herbal, vanilla, taste is similar, bitter finish.

Uklar orange med mye offwhite skum. Aroma aprikos malt. Smak malt aprikos gjær humle krydder/urter. Frisk og fruktig, lett bitter. Delt med DjOeye på Hamna og Bier

Bottle 0.33l. Quite clear, gold colored. AROMA- interesting flowery and spicy tones, touch of licorice and bubble gum. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, pleasantly herbal, flowery, malt on background. Medium bodied.
Nice herbal ale.

Thanks to my mom. 330 ml. bottle. Mild gusher. BBF 04 JUL 2018. Dark amber orange, collapsing huge white head. Nose is cumin, faint anis, fermenting ice tea, bio lemonade, fizzy soap, odd, interesting. Far too carbonated,.. Fermenting cumin, turmeric, peach, ice tea, lemonade, empty aftertaste due to the carbonation, lingering spice. It is a shame about the awfully high carbonation because it is far more interesting and pleasant than I had anticipated.
