Visuel : Couleur : ambrée. Apparence : légèrement voilée.
ArĂ´me : Caramel doux, grains de malt, notes de houblon herbeux et terreux.
Goût : Entrée de bouche : Faibles notes fruitées et de noix. Une dominante maltée de caramel doux et de grains est présente des notes amères de houblon herbeux et terreux.
En bouche : Corps : moyen-mince. Effervescence : moyenne. Texture : très légèrement crémeuse. Finale : moyenne, composée d’une très légère amertume de houblon avec des notes résiduelles sucrées.

Found this one in a chocolate store in Montebello, Quebec. Pops open and overflows because of the excessive carbonation. The beige head seemed bubbly at first, going down quickly, but because of the carbonation got creamier and stays on top forming a real thick creamy lacing. The nose is quite nutty with the malt that also gives out fruity notes and light sweetness. Colour is a deep amber and mouthfeel is kinda flat and boring. Cereal malt taste with watered-down sugars, grass and nuts in the finish. Nothing too bad here, but a not as balanced as it should.

Bottle: Poured a clear amber color ale with a medium size light brown foamy head with medium retention and not much lacing. Aroma of grainy cereal notes with dry caramel is more or less pleasant. Taste is also dominated by weird grainy cereal notes with some dry caramel malt. Body is about average with good carbonation. This one is not to be seek again in the future.

Bouteille 341ml. Couleur ambrée foncée, mousse beige laissant une légère dentelle, un peu huileuse. Arôme étrange, rappelant le Pepsi (boisson que je déteste), sucre brun. Goût de caramel, malt, métallique léger qui enveloppe le palais, plus elle se réchauffe, pire elle est. Carbonation aggressive, corps moyen-faible, un peu aqueuse. L’évier semble l’avoir apprécié à sa juste valeur...

Light accents of licorice, anise, sugar cane and caramel. Aroma is very light and disappears rapidly. Appearance is clear copper red, very thick, dense and creamy head lasting very long. Lacing is good and sticks well to glass. Taste: right from the start we can feel the liquid very thin and sparkling, with very slight notes of cereal, smoke and roast. No characteristic flavor besides may be grain and roast. Body is light and texture watery. It’s livery carbonation makes it a thirst quencher. Very light beer with no particular flavor.
