En fût à la brasserie. Couleur cognac, mousse beige. Arôme de grains de coriandre, orange amère, un peu floral. Goût de miel, grains de coriandre, écorce d’orange. Carbonation faible, corps moyen.

Dégustée en fût au brouepub. De couleur cuivrée-rouge foncée et voilée. Nez fruité (agrumes et zest), moyennement épicé (coriandre, traces de poivre doux), légèrement malté de caramel doux avec des petites notes de grains de céréales, léger de miel avec des notes de houblon floral. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture légèrement crémeuse. Goût fruité (agrumes, surtout orange sucrées) accompagné d’un goût épicé (coriandre) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un moyen goût de miel, un léger goût malté de caramel très doux avec des traces de sucre bonbon et de biscuits puis en finale l’on retrouve une légère amertume de houblon floral (petites notes herbeuses) ainsi que des notes d’alcool doux. Post-goût moyen, léger-moyen amer de houblon et d’alcool doux avec un goût fruité (zest et pelures d’orange) (automne 2006)

Red copper ale with a thin creamy off white head. Pleasaing aroma of orange peels, sweet candi sugar and coriander. In mouth, a sweet candi base, with the saidd coriander and curacao, melding well together with alcohol warmth into a light smooth and bewitching beer.

A hazy amber beer with a small beige head. The aroma is very spicy and flowery with violets standing out. The flavor is sweet flowery and spices - again a lovely impression of violets, but also hints of honey and citrus. The end has slight notes of caramel combined with hops.

Golden-amber colour. Huge flowery (violets), bubblegummy aroma. Very sweet character with flowers, lemon, mint.

On draught at the brewpub, 6/3/2005 with the Kuhnhenn’s, Muzzlehatch and Tiggmtl. Awesome head and retention, which is yellowish-white with ample lacing. Orange-red with dark honey tints and light copper along the edges. Smells of spicy bee pollen and wildflowers, some white pepper, quite dry. Flavor is honeyish and spicy, bits of paperiness on the texture. Slightly sourish grains, rather husky. Raisins and blueberries linger on giving some quite mead-like nuances. Very dry and almost astringent on the end. Medium body, low carbonation and a lightly peppery, dry mouthfeel.
