Sampled at 2017 summer Festibière in Gatineau at 3.5% ABV. Pours a hazy light yellow colour with a white cap and minimal lacing. Kind of looks like homemade lemonade. Gooseberries for aromas. Sour taste that grows into the finish with citrus notes. Mild tarty mouthfeel. A pretty nice and interesting Gose.

Sample, draught, at Bières et saveurs, savoured September 1 2012; eye: straw, hazy, no effervescence, no head; nose: coriander, light malt, slight salt, slight hops; mouth: coriander, light malt, salt, slight hops, finale in coriander with presence of salt, medium-light body, good carbonation, slightly bitter, a bit thin; overall: interesting FRANÇAIS Échantillon, en fût, lors du Bières et saveurs, savourée le 1er septembre 2012; œil : paille, voilée, pas d’effervescence, pas de mousse; nez : coriandre, léger malt, très léger sel, très léger houblon; bouche : coriandre, léger malt, sel, très léger houblon, finale en coriandre avec présence de sel, corps moyen-léger, bonne carbonatation, très légèrement amère, un peu mince; en résumé : intéressante

En fût au Loup Rouge. Couleur blonde opaque, absence de mousse. Arôme de crème sûre, de paille humide et de lait caillé. Goût de crème sûre, de coriandre légère et de sel. Carbonation élevée, corps moyen.

A blonde gose with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, a nice fruity lactic malt, pungent, horse blanket, light wild yeast. In mouth, a nice lactic malt with smooth coriander, epsom salts, quite nice. On tap at Bieres et Saveurs 2012, Sept 1 2012.
