clear amber color, touch of malt in the aroma, and not much else. Flavour is very wattery, with a touch of caramel malt, Very boring beer. Almost like colored water.

Can at the Doubletree Hotel, Montreal, QC, Canada. Pours red, transparent, with fine white foam, moderate. Aroma is malty, caramel. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly bitter compared to malty sweetness. Final is average.

This lager poured a medium/dark amber colour with a quick living, light tan coloured head. Scents include very light vinegar, malt and corn. First swig was malty with light carbonation and flavours of malt and light bread. Finish was a little hoppy but nothing to write home about.

Some bar: Pours a red color with a white head. Aroma is light amounts of caramel malts and really not all that much else. Taste is a little sweet and somewhat malty. This was an easy beer to drink while watching a football match in the morning, but that about covers it.

Bouteille 341ml. De couleur ambrée et claire. Nez de grains de malt sucrés, léger de caramel doux et léger de houblon herbeux. Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture aux notes huileuses. Goût de grains de malt sucrés aux faibles traces roties lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute des notes de caramel et de pain puis en finale l’on retrouve une légère amertume de houblon herneux (notes de foin). Post-goût court-moyen, légèrement amer de houblon herbeux.

Nose is slightly hoppy with accents of caramel and a bit of alcohol. Kind of plain. Color is red with copper glimmers, average creamy head, long lasting, with a bit of lacing. Attack is malty and dry. ¸We can find caramel, a bit of cinnamon, light notes of sugar and jelly beans. More malty than hoppy, this beer has a light to medium body with an oily texture. A malty and sugared ordinary but OK beer.

Arôme de caramel. Goût ressemblant à celui de la Rickard’s Red, sucrée. Une rousse ne se démarquant pas de la compétition.
