Bakgården Både & 270919. Deep red color with a pinkish head. Aroma is sourness, blueberries. Flavor is blueberries, sourness, lactose, salt, fruit, lemon. Easy drinkable beer.

Tap @ Bakgården. Unclear deep reddish body with a small pink head. Aroma of sweet berries, blueberry, blackcurrant etc. Taste is way too sweet with juicy kind of berries like aroma. The acidity is not balancing the lactose sweetness, this is just a messy fruit soup for me. Nasty aftertaste.

On tap at Bakgården Både&. It's a lightly hazy deep red beer with a small pinkish white head. The aroma has some bread dough, hints of lemon and a good dash of berries. It's velvety on the palate, softly carbonated and medium bodied, with a light sourness. Berries, dough, lemony sourness and some pale malts in the flavor. Nice berries, else not very interesting. 190927

At SBWF 2019. Dark red with a pink head. Sour with berries, some grass and salt. The body was medium and the bitterness was light.

Can shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 01.08.19. Translucent violet. Persistent beige head and lacing. Balanced aroma and taste of all ingredients - blueberries, lactose and salt. Surprisingly tasty.

0,33 boks, velfortjent delt med skibsrederen etter endt arbeidsdag på Fridtjofen: ingen tvil om ingrediensene her, blåbær, lactose og salt i velsmakende kombinasjon. Nesten som flytende blåbærdessert med vanilje og et frekt besøk av saltkvernen. Deilig ettersmak av børster. Mørk rubinrød og højt skum til siste dråpe.
