Aus der Flasche (bottled 30.09.2021/bbe 30.09.2028) im 2025-07 getrunken. Bei diesem Ale sind die Aromen in der Nase das Besondere. Deutliche Erdbeere Aromen gefolgt von dunklen Früchten. Am Gaumen sind die Aromen nicht mehr so deutlich. Die Säure ist eher moderat. Ein tolles Ale für den Sommer!

From tap at Koht, Tallinn. Tart and sweet cherry upfront with raspberries, a touch of strawberry and some blackcurrant. Leans tart but with some pleasant sweetness as well.

Draught@TCBW2022. Reddish orange colour with a small head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some berries and nicely tart. Flavour is nicely tart berries along with some fruits and mild earfthy tones. If there would be a bit more dry tones, this one would kick ass really properly.

Bottle shared with Johan, Camilla and Sofie at Johan’s place 27.12.21. Fine aroma and acid taste of berries of the forest, rhubarb, aronia, tamarind and pure brett. Slightly astringent mouthfeel. Refreshing and well-balanced.
