Keg at BE. It pours hazy pink with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, sour candy, tangy, hibiscus, blood orange and sherbet. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, sour, cranberry, floral, hibiscus, sour candy, bright acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Bright, fresh and cranberry tartness. Good fun.

Bottle. Drinkable and refreshing sour with high sweetness and fruitiness and a small vinousity. Somewhat reminds me of a belgian red, but with a lighter body and mouthfeel.

Bottled 10/26/16, shared with Nelson on 4/13/17.
Dark ruby with good clarity and a violet-pink-beige head that rapidly fizzles to nothing.
Heavy hibiscus in noted initially, in the nose, with a deeper, more intense, almost menthol character (must be the sage expression) underneath, cranberry skin and a good grain character from the malt adding a touch of cereal and light white bread. No alcohol or flaw. Quite rich and interesting, if somewhat adjunct heavy. Still, there’s more beer character here than Bebeme, for instance, so the adjuncts don’t seem as intensely dominant.
Tart and juicy and very spicy with black pepper notes interspersed throughout the acids. Very spritzy, tight carbonation with a malty-soft texture and great dryness throughout. The cranberry and hibiscus add tons of flavor even at six months of age and the hibiscus adds an earthy element that softens things, as well. Light apple character on the finish (red fruit galore) with lip-smacking acidity from the tart acids throughout. Rich and flavorful, but still dry, soft and drinkable.

375 ml bottle. Dated 10-26-16... Brownish color with a red hue. Fast dying fizzy head. The aroma is sage (herbs) mixed with cranberries and tree bark.
The flavor is cranberry through the the center with a hard sage / herbal bite in the finish. The mouthfeel has a lighter body with a lively carbonation level. The sourness is balanced with floral and herbs. Good amount of tartness.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a rugged semi-dark ruddy amber color with a quickly dissipating foamy little head. Dissipates into oblivion without regard for any lacing.
The aroma starts with some tart cranberries and fresh sage. Slides into some hibiscus, light cherry, some orange peel.
The flavor leads with a delicate sour to tart blend of the cranberries to the floral and herbal nature of the hibiscus and sage. Orange peel seems to slide further to the back. Semi-sweet dry sour aftertaste running into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a contained sour to herbal sweet smoothness somewhat sticking to my tongue.
Overall, nicely done sour/wild ale, definitely could be one to have for people just getting into the style.
