Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day two, 09/09/2017. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, caramac bar, lacto, berbal notes, brown sugar. Flavour is composed of tart lemon, lacto, herbal, onion, lemon. Palate is tart , moderate carbonation, zippy, clean lacto.

Beaverfest Day 2. Keg. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, fairly dry and fairly crisp. Very tangy fruits, tangy dried fruits. Some lemon and a mild red wine kick. Light dry finish. Not too punchy in the sour department.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, Day Two, 09/09/17. Reddish amber with a decent beige swirl. Nose is funk, tangy red berries, wood must, damp straw, light spice, herbal tones. Taste comprises fruit balsams, dried berry fruits, hay bale, barnyard, citric peel, spice, herbal rinse. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with big fruit vinegar climax. Decent sour.

Tap@Beavertown Extravaganza 2017, London -fuzzy amber coloured pour with white head. Medium sour fruity notes of cranberry, berry fruity, medium body and acidity, touch of herbal notes into the tart fruity close.

Draft at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017 - London. Pours unclear amber with a small, white head. Good tartness here, plenty of tangy berries, salty sweat. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with moderate acetic bite, more tart berries, a little leather. Great stuff.

(thanks for sharing!) Sampled draft @ The Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Day 2. Ugly hazy amber. Nose is weird glue and varnish. Taste is varnish, nail polish glue, acidic, overtaking all the interesting ingredients. Too glue & varnish heavy for its own good but still passable.

Tap. Hazy amber color with no head. Aroma is funky barrel, candy, cherries. Taste is dry, candy, tannic, cherry. Low carbonation, oily mouthfeel. A bit too much acetone.

Tap at Beavertown Extravaganza. Nose is cherry, red grapes, wood. Palate is cherry Joghurt, berries, grapes. Pretty nice sour.

Keg at beaverfest. Pours deep purple, nose is cranberry, spiced, funk, taste is tart, juicy, funky.
