Fladstrand Classic er Frederikshavn Bryghus’ bud på en af de mest kendte øltyper i Danmark. Øllets farve skinner som en nypoleret kobberkedel i et bryghus. Da humlen træder tilbage i dette øl, bliver det til et perfekt supplement til traditionel dansk mad som f.eks. stegt flæsk, smørrebrød eller mørbradgryde. Øllet fremstår fyldigt, rigt på malt, afbalanceret sødme og moderat i alkohol. En øl til alle, hvor som helst, når som helst og med hvem som helst.

På DØE ølfestival i Lokomotiværkstedet, sammen med Steven: let uklar dyb gylden med ok skum. En slank og pregløs øl i den danske classic-stilen.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear copper colour, mid sized head. Dusty hay and caramel up front. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Hay and bread, some caramel. Mid bitter finish.

Sample (thanks to fonefan!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some fruity and mild wooden tones. Flavour is sweet malts, some wood, floral tones with mild herbs too. Nice toffeeish aftertaste.

ABV: 4.6%. Clear light to medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel, corn - barley, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, barley. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20221211]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear copper with a small, off-white head. Very little aroma, vaguely nutty. Medium body, sweet caramel and nuts with a good dose of bittering hops. A little cardboard perhaps. Decent enough. 290819
