On Tap at Frisches Bier München Friday 14th June 2019. Pours black with a creamy textured cappuccino coloured head. On the nose the coffee is really strident, lots of freshly ground coffee, punches above its weight. A fruity tang, a lingering roastiness. This is extremely good.

Opaque beer with a thick foamy head. Hearty coffee smell. Taste is rich, dry coffee, a bit of a toastiness to this as well. It doesn't have a hell of a lot else going on but it does it's one thing very nicely and is a rich, smooth porter.

Cask at The Craft Bar, Pitmedden. It pours deep brown with a decent medium beige head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, earthy roast, fruity, toasted nut and powdered chocolate. The taste is bitter, decent hit of roasted malt, good hit of coffee, chocolate, charred wood, toasted nut, fruit & nut chocolate bar with a dry, toasty finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Flavoursome and well - rounded. Rather nice stuff.
