Bottled. A dark chestnut colored beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of maple syrup, nuts, mushroom, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of nuts, caramel, maple syrup, mushrooms, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy nut brown with big, hazy light tan head. Clear aroma of nuts, mushrooms and fruit, with estery and malt. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of nuts and mushrooms and touches of malt and yeast. Nutty aftertaste with estery and mushroomy notes. Decent. If you like mushrooms. I do.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, orangey brown with a smallish, beige head. Toffeeish nose. Medium body, again some toffee and caramel and then a really weird flavor that must be the mushrooms - only it doesn't taste of mushrooms, at all. Just weird and quite honestly very unpleasant. Somewhat bitter finish. Points for the attempt - if nothing else. 270220

Bottle. Clear dark red brown, airy beige head. Malty aroma and - yes mushrooms. Malty, caramely flavour, coffee, nuts and something that could be mushrooms. Ok, interesting. Thumbs up for a very detailed list of ingredients on the label!

Draught at KØ19. Vinous aroma, actually seems to smell of mushroom. Cloudy dark brown colour. Stable light brown head. The flavour is nutty with a mild mushroom touch. Better than expected.
