A huge and full-bodied imperial stout made with 40 % rye and fermented with a Norwegian Kveik yeast strain. A juniper spirit infusion was added to the beer during secondary fermentation.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - black with a tan head. Bold roasted and sweet dark malty, with some nice herbal undertones, some opulent rich chocolate, full body, smooth dark malty finish. Gorgeous.

From tap. Pours pitch black, brown head. Aroma is sweet, toasted malty. Breadish. Caramelish. Bitter and slight herbal. Dark malty and slight fruity finish.

KØ19. Roasted aroma. Black colour. Good semi-stable light brown head. The flavour is very sweet with a good liquorice finish. Flavourful and powerful, but nicely balanced.

Bottle, 12%. Black with fizzy and unstable light brown head. Aroma has roast and some kind of herbal berry like thing going on. Must be the juniper, but not really that pleasant, a little chemical. Luckily this fades a little after a few sips. Flavour is bittersweet with coffee, dark choc, dark caramel and juniper berries appearing in the finish. Flavour is much better, more balanced than the aroma.

Tap (Szynkarnia, Wrocław). Intensywne zarówno w aromacie i smaku z nutami paloności, czekolady i kawy. Gęste, treściwe, słodkie, lekko wyklejające zwłaszcza na finiszu, świetnie się pije, bardzo smaczne.
