Rigtig Slotsbryg som vi tænker den skænket på Nykøbing Falster Slot. Fra middelalderens slotte og klostre har man altid brygget øl, og især det stærke øl var maltet og krydret. I dag er der ofte kun ruiner tilbage af vores slotte og klostre, men glæden ved godt øl vil altid bestå.

Bottled. An unclear dark brown beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of caramel, dried fruits, malt, and a bit of yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, yeast, dried fruits, malt, and yeast, leading to a bitter finish. Not sweet enough for a Belgian. 6/4/6/3/13

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque dark brown with a smallish, rough, off-white head. Complex aroma of dark, dried fruits and brown sugars. Rich, sweet, malty nose with same flavors as above and a warming finish with little bitterness. Delicious and very well made. 120922

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy red brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and candy sugar. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 270522

Bottle.Dark brown colour with medium head.Aroma of dark dried fruits and toasted caramel mild burnt flavors as well medium body and light sweet finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Brown pour with a beige head. Toasted and sweet malty with some cakey malt, dried fruit shred, brown sugar, medium body, sweet malty close.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Clear, amber colour with a thin lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits and vegetables. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Sweet finish with fruits and caramel malts.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy amber, small tan head. Aroma is fruity, toasted malt. Phenolic. Toasted malt. Bitter and medium dry. Herbal and bitter to herbal finish.

Bottle @Øllets Dag, Fredericia. Claear brown, small beige froth. Aroma has malt, choc ad dark sugar. Sweet flavour, licorice, dark sugar. Light yeasty note.
