Can @ Højbjerg tasting 27 July. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt, with notes of yeast and oats. Bitter, hoppy and citric flavour with sweetish notes of malt and fruit and touches of yeast. Estery and citric aftertaste. Low carbonation but quite okay.

Can at home, 08/07/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap that retains well. Nose is grassy, light orange peel, citric tinged straw, toasted grains, melon. Taste comprises airy malts, melon, tangerine, straw, faint breads, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with grassy hop bitterness. So so for the style ... lacks flavour and hop presence for a me.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 31A/18B). Can 33 cl - Batch 359 (BBF JAN.19). AROMA: medium-low hop aroma with citrus and mango notes, followed by a slight grainy-sweet background. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. medium moussy white head with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium hop notes (green mango), slight cereal husk and cereal sweet. medium bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-high body with medium carbonation. smooth. OVERALL: a good american-like pale ale with oatmeal that gives it a more smooth texture.

Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Vague peachy floral aroma. Colour of desire? More colour of a nasty urine infection. Opaque honey dew melon golden amber. Thin but fluffy white head. Medium sweet with some underling bitterness. Latter more obvious in the finish. Canned peaches and oats. Muted cherry? Maybe it's because this is cask but not particularly juicy. Almost makes me think of vitamin tablets. Thick bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Slightly astringent finish. It's OK but nothing special. For me 3.4 is a good score. Wonder if the other ones were colder on keg and it benefited from that.
