Bottle @ Vinterslaget på Østersøen, Sønderborg. Pours hazy coffee brown with stable light tan head. Clear aroma of malt, carael and fruit, with notes of yeast and coffee. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and roast,with grainy and estery notes and pronounced touches of coffee and hops. Warming alcohol presence. Bitter, roasty finish with sweetish touches. Does not taste like a Weizen Bock but is quite okay nonetheless.

Hazy, dark copper. Frothy offwhite head. Fruity, malty aroma. Flavour has a dark kind of sweetness, clear, slightly boozy alcohol.

Bottle, 7.5%. Quite sweet and vinous aroma. Almost black colour, has a muddy red shine. Good stable light brown head. The flavour is sweet and roasted. Almost a caramelly sweetness. Tastes more like a Weizen Stout than Weizenbock, but not bad, I think. Roasted, sweet and vinous, in a few words.
