Many thanks for this bottle to Grzesiek79. Pours a golden-orange color with a small head. The ginger is more than apparent but is pleasantly light, as is its texture.

Light orange colored, cloudy beer. Citruses in aroma, ginger hints. Also some flower notes, a tiny bit of dms and possibly an acetic aldehyde. Moderate to high bitterness. Full body, medium carbonation. A little bit astringent.

Bottle, 5.5%. Mild refreshing ginger aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour has a good ginger note. A little watery, but has enough ginger bite to be interesting.

Bottle @ Hoppy Advent Race in Space, Sønderborg. Pours hazy amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, hops and ginger, with notes of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with ginger notes and malty and estery touches. Bitter aftertaste. Lively carbonation. Not a bad real ginger beer. Nothing very exciting as such, however.

Cloudy, pale yellow, small white head. Malty, light buttery aroma. Flavour had ginger, light citrus bitterness. Short, citrus fuity finish.
