500ml bottle kindly shared by djoeye. A beige head over a black body with a dark reddish shade, near-clear. Spotty lacing. Aroma of dark dough and a moderate touch of caramel. Malt-fruity flavours, mix of herbal hops, nuts, dark caramel and bread. Slightly roasted bitter finish. Fine depth. Nice. (Rating session with Finn and djoeye, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 19.02.2018).

0.5l bottle from 00233. This one pours a deeper looking near copper colored cloudy body. A small brownish fading head placed on the top. It smells quite nice. Really nutty, I get tones of both licorice and chocolate. Traces of vanilla in the back. Not bad smelling. Tastes quite good also. More coffee mocha like, lots of nice milky chocolate and it's also somewhat roasty this. It has a good oily texture in the mouth and it's just below average on the carbonation. A little watery flavor in the end before a long chocolaty and nutty tail finishes this one off. Did not mind this at all. 10.12.2016

04.12.2016, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry roasted, weeds, roasted grain, minerals, nuts, toast, grass, burnt caramel, hay, hints of bark and chocolate. Taste is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, hay, roasted grain, minerals, toast, grass, burnt caramel, nuts. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.5%. Hazy dark brown colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of moderately roast malts, roast nuts, brown biscuits and coffee. Fairly dry flavour, with the same elements as in the aroma, also a hint of dark chocolate. Fairly bitter finish. This is not my favourite style of beer, but it appears to be quite well made. .
