Tap. Pours hazy light yellow with a small white head. Aromas of citrus, light brett, floral, peach. Taste is bretty, peachy, pear, citrus, lemony.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. It pours hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, bready, lemon drops, candy, brioche, icing sugar and hint of funk. The taste is crisp, dry, mellow tartness, soft lemony vibes, straw, hay, cracker, touch of funk, light spice, wood and touch of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not much depth to it. Decent enough anyhow.

Draft @ Beavertown Extravaganza'17. Dorée/paille léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme au bouquet fleuri, léger citronné, retrouve un bel effet d'effluves de saison type farmhouse américaine où le brett reste modéré, rétro fruité de raisin blanc, fruits à noyaux et groseille. Palais est légèrement lactique, touche funk venant des bretts avec un fini levure mettant l'accent plus sur le caractère farmhouse, parlera pas de saison ici. Fleuri avec une petite douceur rappelant presque un usage frais mielleux - honey blossom. Fini sec au niveau des grains avec un accompagnement de malt pils, fini sur un côté bien pétillant presque champenois.

(thanks for sharing!) Sampled draft @ The Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Day 2. Hazy citrus golden. Nose is all sour vinegar berries, Vitamin C. Fizzy taste, hollow plastic, plaster, brett. Bland doughy bodied. Quite weak.

[ As Arizona Wilderness / Almanac California Lemon Law ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, lemon, lime, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, wheat - yeast, lemon, herbs. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170512] 7-3-7-3-15
