On tap @ the brewpub. This one has a deep orange, more copper dark colored cloudy body with an inviting dense, two finger tall beige head that lacing down the whole glass. It smells rather anonymous. Mild caramel sweet, malty. A little bit of soap. Leafs and yeast in the back. Tastes nice enough. It's thin oily in the mouth and it's just about average on the small bubbled carbonation. Mild sweet biscuits, caramel and a good dash of diacetyl. Buttery and almost a little sour tail. Does the job just fine after a long day at work. 29.07.2016

On tap @ the brewpub. Dim redish orange body with a small but dense off-white head. Aroma is mild, but very pleasant refreshing fruity. Flavor is grapefruit, peaches, pine, light caramel, hint of honey and sweet without being to sweet. Very refreshing and “moreish” actually. Medium body and still refreshing in the finish with some bitterness. A well made steam beer, very nice session drink and the biggest TMB surprise for me. Actually had another one.

330ml (snitt) served chilled from tap at the brewpub. Clear amber body with a reddish glint. Patchworks on the surface. Supple smell of fruity hops. Fruity hopped flavour with grapefruits, refreshing juicy notes and hints of apricot. Rounded bitter ending. Very smooth and refreshing. Foamy in the mouth. Well crafted steamer (Trondheim, 12.03.2009).
