On tap at Nærbø Ølfestival 2013. An almost entirely clear one, dark golden in color and with a medium sized light beige head. Some lacings. The aroma is peachy and piney, with some pale malts. Tropical fruits and a whiff of flowers. The flavor too is mostly on the fruity side, with a nice hoppy bitterness. Some maltyness in the back. Full body, dryish and pleasantly carbonated, with a long, bitter and fruity finish. Nice indeed this one. 131019

15.07.2013, tap @ Tre Brør Bar:
Small slightly bubbly head. Aroma is lots of fresh hops, leafs, newly cut lawn, mint leafs, pine needles. Taste is wet leafs, grass, bark, cardboard, pine needles, soil, hints of dried fruits. Longlasting bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Not bad, but the taste is a bit disappointing.

Appearance: Cloudy golden color with a thick white head that after a short while vanished to a thin layer.
Aroma: Lovely fresh hoppy and mild fruity. But it also vanished fast.
Palate: Medium + body. Slightly sweet and a rich bitterness. Very soft carbonation.
Taste: Tropical fruity, hoppy and some spices in the background. Well hidden alcohol.
Overall impression: Started off very lovely, but became very fast really falt. And then also lost a lot of its freshness.
Personal stats: On tap @ Parkteateret in Oslo, Norway. Oslo Beer Week 2013

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Lovely aroma of fruity and piney hops (tropical fruits - mango, passion fruit etc.). The flavour is well hopped, as an IPA should be, with a sufficient malty backbone, without being too sweet. Notes of tropical fruits and pine again. Nice bitterness in the finish and aftertaste, but still easy drinking. Excellent stuff!

On tap at Grünerløkka brygghus. Slightly hazy orange to amber with a nice off-white head. Hoppy aroma with pine, tropical fruits, citrus, malt and hints of spices and citrus. Moderate sweet with hoppy and fruity flavours and a lightly dry, bitter and citrusy finish. Medium body with fairly average carbonation. Well balanced and easy drinkable. Bitter and citrusy aftertaste with piney notes. Nice and refreshing IPA. --- Beer merged from original tick of IPA on 01 Jun 2013 at 23:52 - Score: 7
