From tap. Pours cloudy yellow, small white head. Aroma is ginger and slight citrusy. Dry, herbal. Wasabi. Lingeing dry and herbal far finish.

CBF 2012. Straw aroma, light metallic. Cloudy amber, white lace. Minerally dry, light dusty horseradish. This is nonsense.

On tap at grünerløkka festival. An unclear, orangey golden beer topped by a dense, off-white head of moderate size. Weak nose with fruitiness and some sweetness. The flavour is much the same, lacking big time on wasabi. That goes goes for the flavour too. Medium body, quite dry, and with pleasant carbonation. Drinks easy, but bores. 120825

On tap at Grünerløkka mat- og mikrobryggfestival. Almost clear dark golden to orange with an off-white head. Aroma of fruit, malt, wasabi and hops. Fruity and lightly sweet with a slightly dry and medium bitter. Medium body. Dry, bitter and lightly citric aftertaste with some wasabi. Different and refreshing!

DØE BeerFest 2012. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy aroma with weak hints of ginger. Dry malty spicy yeasty flavor with hints of ginger. Has a spicy malty wasabi finish.

On tap at Ølfestival 2012. Amber with a small head. The aroma was light, the taste was more "powerful" with some wasabi, but not that hot. Drinkable but quite strange.

Burning chili-like aroma. Hazy amber colour. Very small white head. The flavour has some vegetable, not unpleasant. Does not taste like wasabi to me, more like chili without the burning sensation. Not bad.

On tap. Pours an almost clear golden with an off-white head. Fairly neutral aroma - if anything a little fruity - the spices certainly don’t come through yet. Light body, a dry fruitiness and a whiff of caramel. The wasabi kicks in flavourwise but doesn’t really bite. Interesting but never thrilling. 110512
