Prezentowane piwo Doctor Brew Double IPA to niewątpliwie trunek dla odważnych. Każdy koneser chmielowego trunku z pewnością uzna jednak, że to jedna z najlepszych rzeczy, jaką mieli okazję próbować w ostatnim czasie. Piwo Doctor Brew Double IPA jest trunkiem bardzo intensywnym. Zostało stworzone w stylu American India Pale Ale, ale dodatkowo zostało mocno podbudowane słodem. Niech nie zmyli Cię jednak ten opis. Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Doctor Brew Double IPA ].Unclear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, sweet malt, caramel, oxidide malt, moderate hoppy, old hops, old fruit, rich malt, light earthy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, rich malt, old fruit, old hops, hop bitter, earthy - woody hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light light alcoholic. [20180114] 7-3-7-3-13

500 ml. Bottle split by 4 @ “Poolse craftbieren proeverij #3”. Dark amber, creamy tanned head. Nose is weird murky messy caramel, toffee, weird messy caramel, grapefruit peel. Herbal caramel, bitter cacao, total mess, murky malts are heavy, caramel,… Messy malty body. Partially good but a real mess & very odd DIPA.

Bottle, 0.50l. Cloudy amber brown color with thick creamy tan-like head and good lacing. Aroma of caramel, resin, dried fruit, wheat and alcohol. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel and toasted malt, following is resinous and grassy, mouthfeel is smooth, warming and mild spicy, while finish is heavy bitter. Full body, syrupy texture and soft carbonation in palate. It’s a poison for my taste buds...

Tap@Taphouse 3rd Year Anniversary Week, Copenhagen - pours orange amber with a white head. Aroma and taste comprises sweet tropical citrus fruits, prominent grapefruit, tangerine, citrus peel, with good malty backbone, caramel, toffee, resinous hoppy, pine needles, bitter hoppy finish.

Taphouse. Klassiskt rostfärgad Dipa. Doftar lite blåa druvor svagt av blött gräs. I munnen omedelbart fina röda bär. Hallon. Ganska mjuk rakt igenom. Klassisk fräsch ipa som faller lite på eftersmaken som tyvär blir klassiskt smaklöst torr.

Bottled 500ml. -at Pivoteka Zagreb. Amber coloured, small off-white head, caramel in the nose. Heavy sweet malty, light toasted, subdued hops and pretty strong caramel with short bitterish sweet finish. Too sweet overall.

From tap. Pours amber, hazy, small white head. Aroma is toasted malty, slight hoppy fruity. Sweet, light fruity and toasted malty. Mellow fruity. Fruity and mild hoppy and fruity finish.

Draught at Taphouse. Slightly hazy amber golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus fruits, grasses, toasted notes. Taste is bitter. Medium to full body with an oily texture. Finishes dry and bitter. Nice IIPA.
