Bottle. Hunger Mountain Co-Op, Montpelier, VT. Bottled four days ago. Pale gold. Light haze. Thin, lasting, white head. Nose has Ratebeer is fucked and I’m soon not going to be bothered with the whole debacle. I really can’t be arsed.

Bottle consumed in NH. It pours clear orange - amber with a small white head. The nose is soft, fresh, savoury, lemon, kaffir lime and fresh mint. The taste is crisp, bitter, minerals, lemon verbena, pithy lime, cracker and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Simple, but enjoyable enough.

Bottle shared in NH. Pours deep honey-gold with a frothy white head. The aroma has some melon, orange, faint pine. Light-medium sweet flavor, some crackery malts, pine, melon, ripencitrus, rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately sweet on the finish, toasty bread, melon, orange. Fine.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Winooski Beverage, 7/22/15, Batch 010/013, Bottled on 6/18/15

Aroma: The nose decent, lightly fruity, with some caramel as well
Appearance: The pour is unclear amber-orange with a small beige head and drippy lace
Flavor: Tastes similar, some caramel malt sweetness, with a lighter bitterness
Palate: Fairly light bodied, easy drinking, with a soft carbonation, and a light dry finish
Overall Impression: This beer is just fine. It's a nice pale ale with a lighter hop presence and a strong malt backbone. No noticeable flaws. Really, just fine. I didn't dislike anything about this, I just feel like it is a little dull.

Batch #010
Bottled on 06/02/2015
This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy fairly dark red color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute leaving some light messy lacing.
The smell had a semi-sweet citrus over top of some light caramel malts.
The taste was moderately sweet carrying a light bitterness from the citrus to balance decently. There’s no aftertaste but it did have a light quick sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionable feel about it. Carbonation seemed good for the style and for me.
Overall, not a bad APA, nothing special and it seemed it could be construed as a cross between an Amber ale and an APA. Could have again.
