Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up online. Pours clear, deep burnished gold with a frothy, mostly white head. Has a lot of meaty, wheaty character, some candi sugar, hefty yeast, a little marmalade, light bitter grass, straw. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with average carbonation. Nips of warmth in the finish, more sun-kissed wheat bread, ripening citrus. Enjoyable if a bit basic.

Bottle. A hazy, close to copper colored beer with a small white head. A bit weak aroma, with pale malts, yeast, some spiced hints and a good dash of fruityness. It's medium bodied and semi-dry, with a nice carbonation..pale malts, generic fruityness and some pine cones, yeast and pepper. Fruity finish. A decent one, but rather boring. 180602

Heerlijke blonde Saison met mooie balans tussen bittere hop en lichte meloenachtige zoetigheid.

1/VI/17 - 33cl bottle from Zythos Bierfestival 2017 (Leuven) @ home - BB: 4/XI/18 (2017-700)
Clear orange beer, creamy yellowish head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, salami (weird enough), little fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, apples and apple sauce, malty, caramel, little funky. Aftertaste: pretty dry, sourish touch, green apples, soft bitterness.

Fles gedeeld met Inoven, Roelzie1986 en Benzai. Het is een donker goudgeel bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een frisse smaak van citroen en meloen.
