Location: 12 oz bottle from Colonial Wine and Spirits, 6/8/11, as Choc Basement Batch

Aroma: The nose is fairly slight, some light fruity, pine, and herbal hops and light malty notes
Appearance: It pours a slightly cloudy orange color with a fluffy white head and good lacing
Flavor: The taste has is pine, herbs, and citrus hops, light sweet and medium-heavy bitter
Palate: The body is fairly creamy, smooth on the palate with a later tingle and a rather dry finish to it
Overall Impression: I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It wasn't special or anything, but it was better then I was expecting after the Belgian Wheat I had from these guys yesterday was a real disappointment. A solid APA.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with thin beige head. The aroma has notes of hops and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, malt, and elderflowers, leading to a dry finish. Huge thanks to yespr for supplying the last missing US state to me.

12 oz--Thanks Kawabomber..its cloudy golden with an off white slightly fluffed head...drippy lacing forming and sticking...a delicate hop aroma...mmmm citrus whiffs...light yummy malts on the first sip followed by a bitter citrus--grapefruit and lemon---its light in every way but drinkable in every way....bitter left in my mouth after, but that’s light too...a bit un-balanced in the way of bitter consumed all the other subtleties that may have been there
