Bottle. Murky red brown pour. Aroma of red fruit, oak, vanilla, raisin and caramel. Taste has lots of delicious fruity vanilla, oak, tart, cherry, caramel fudge, grape must and a mildly sour finish. Very nice, don’t understand why everyone hates this one. It’s delicious.

Thx! Sampled draft @ “Double Tap Takeover” at Beerlovers Bar. Sorry hated this one, hopefully the band"s “The Moon Lay Hidden Beneath A Cloud” former members enjoyed it more than I did if they are aware of this beer. Dark brown, tanned head. Nose is rotting dark fruit, spoiled sweet cherry, thin oak, rotting fruit, watery,… Taste is watery rotting fruit, spoiled red fruit, thin watery rotting fruit, empty oak, watery spoiled wine,… Thin watery, lacking carbonation, spoiled,…. Scores on here but I found it a truly poor & unpleasant wannabe sour, must be me.

Bottle @ Dutchdrebus. Brownish color with a red hue, average sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste lightly malts, sourish, tart, some caramel, some red fruit. Hard to describe. Decent to medium body and carbonation.

Bottle @ home. Deep red brown colour with a small offwhite head. Smells sour, cork, dusty, wine, oak, wood, aged. Amazing smell to be honest. Like you’re walking around in some old cellar in France. I’ve never been in one but I can imagine it’d smell like this. Tastes wood, oak, cork, grapes, grapepeel, fruity, sweet, slightly appelstroop. Medium body, soft carbo.

Botella 50 cl en Cimmeria 27..05.. 2017. (r07) Fdcpref 01..04..2019.
