Poured whitish, nice spicyness, citrus and coriander etc. Pretty well done in my opinion.

Pours golden blonde with no head or lacing. Slight farmy taste with a little hay but not too much of this. Finishes crisp with some tang. On tap at brewpub.

12 ounce bottle from Nikki’s Liquors, Providence. Pours a clear golden color with extremely fine floating particles. Large foamy white head fades fairly quickly. Aroma of wheat, hay, citrus, apricot and coriander. The taste is spice, dry citrus, lemongrass, earthy notes, hay. Thin-medium bodied, mild lingering spice, low carbonation. Pretty interesting. I’m liking it.

Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus and spice. Light body with flavors of sweet spices, citrus and yeast. The finish is citrusy with a coriander-infused yeast aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

On tap at the brewery. pours hazy yellow and smells of spice and citrus. Taste is lemony and of coriander and other spices. very carbonated but plenty of punch for a summer brew

Location: 12 oz bottle from Buy Rite - Jersey City, 7/11/10

Aroma: It has a nose of lemon, lots of spicy yeast, and a bit of banana
Appearance: A really big fizzy white head sits atop this clear golden beer
Flavor: The taste is spice, yeast, and wheat, finished off by tart lemon
Palate: The body is light, with a ton of carbonation causing a harsh tingle on the mouth
Overall Impression: This beer isn't really for me, but I guess it is OK. Really though, I just didn't find it so great. It's almost hard to get down because it is so overly carbonated. The taste is too much spice and not enough of anything else. Eh...

Pale coloured golden body with a very thin white head. Aroma of fresh hops, a nice maltiness and a very fresh taste of spruce! Medium-bodied; Strong showing of malt, hops and a very stong taste of spruce and mint. Aftertaste shows some of the wheat and a bit of the spruce - not much of anything else. Overall, a very crazy beer that has more of a holiday flavour than anything else. Damn good beer, and very complex, crazy for a summer beer! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Oliver’s Beverage in Albany, New York on 22-October-2006.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a very cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium sized white head and multiple floater. The aroma was sweet, tangy and light fruity with a faint grassy undertone. The flavor was tangy, sweetish and a bit yeasty with a lightly musty, chewy cardboard undertone. The finish was short and tangy. A bit understated but nicely drinkable. Decent.
