Tap at the Source as Northeast Cascade. It pours clear pale gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, juicy apple pie, tropical fruits, rhubarb and custard. The taste is crisp, clean, pretty tart, apple, pear skin, rhubarb, sherbet and lemonade. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp and juicy. Well- rounded and rather drinkable.

375 ml bottle. Hazy golden color, fast dying head. Aroma shows slice apples, wood and some traces of sugar. Where is the dry hopping?
I really, really wanted to get hops someplace in the cider, I just couldn’t find it. The only difference with this I found was a mild wood note hiding under the apple. It’s good but finding the hop would have been much more exciting.

Pale yellow. Looks like lemonade. Smells like any other cider. Maybe hops but very hard to pick up. Good mouthfeel, astringent and brightly.

Tap. Pours pale straw, no head or lacing. Aroma is apple, pine, lemon, spruce. Flavor is light sweet, apples and pine needles, just a hint of tartness. Medium body, low carbonation.
