Golden, bubbly, with subtle sweetness and more intensity and complexity than Farmhouse. Smells of a delicious array of fruits, with mysterious aromatic notes that defy words. Flavor offers a life-enhancing, appetite-sharpening balance of sweetness, acid, astringency, and fruitiness. Alcohol content 7.4% by volume. Available in 750 ml bottle with full cork closure.

Very nice clear golden a 7up like head. Nose is great. Lots of great grape nose. I like the peach and kiwi notes. Taste is a bit less exciting. very dry, lots of grape, kiwi, some wood but a pretty bland taste compared to the nose.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with visible carbonation and no head whatsoever. Aroma has lots of dry wine notes with a bit of a white wine note. Flavor starts with more sweetness but finish is extremely dry with a bit of tartness.

Bottle. Poured a few glasses for myself in between serving patrons at some fest in the Lexington Armory. Clear, golden, sort of browned amber. Fizzy. Smells sharply of skins, acidic fruit, hay & minerals. Very bubbly. Murky apple butter & old chardonnay sweetness. Astringent & even a bit sour. Pretty dry, with burn on the finish. Not my favorite from Farnum Hill.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pour with a golden body and a fading white head. Aroma is tannic, tangy, bitter, lightly musty and bright fruit. Taste is decently dry, bitter, tannic, apple core, and some acidity to near sourness. Very well rounded and balanced. Light bubbles. Tannic.

Bottle. Pours a light gold with a thin, fizzy head. Mild aroma of apples. Flavor is crisp and tart, with a nicely balanced apple flavor that is sweet but not sugary. Light in body and well-carbonated, this beer is refreshing and sharp. Finish is dry with a lasting flavor of earth and apples. Overall a high-quality cider.

Thanks to JoeMcphee for this (hey, Joe, we’re finally drinking it!) - Clear golden pour, with a fizzy, but headless body (but ciders get forgiven for that) - mild, earthy aroma, with apple skins, light tannins, and a faint, background barnyard funk - lively carbonation gives a prickly mouthfeel - quite dry, with light mineral character - tart, nearly sour apple skin flavor - moderate acidity - quite champagne-like - gentle wild character - a touch of phenolics far in the background make it a little less enjoyable - otherwise a solid dry cider.

Dark golden colour. Lots of sparkle. Tannic apple skin aroma. Slightly earthy apple skin flavour. Full body. Light tannins in the dry, woody finish. Nice.
