Pours a hazy amber from a bottle, pillowy white head. Smells of elderflowers, along with a big hit of melon. Flavor is kind of a thin, floral soap. A little oily. Finish is cornflakes. Okay beer.

Draught at the brewery, Spring 2016.
Gentle haziness to this soft, tangerine-apricot-golden beer with some muted brass tones and a large, white head showing moderate retention.
Awesomely full of nelson in the nose, the grain and light tartness from the buckwheat and and spicy rye works perfect with the minerality and juicy gooseberry-white wine of the hop providing a dry, yet crisply fruity nose that is augmented and softened by light esters and a touch of cellar notes. No alcohol or flaw.
Quite dry, with grainy cereal notes, hints of vanilla and even some plastery character from the yeast. The hoppiness grows strong through the middle (though not bitter) adding melon, white wine and lightly dank, spicy notes that help balance the dryness. Elderflower adds a touch of acidity, as well, but is not overdone. Tons of fruitiness, lightly juicy, lingering with bits of pepper, honey and rustic cereal grain. Moderate, tight carbonation.

Associated, Bushwick Brooklyn bottle: pours deep golden with a fat white head. Aroma is flowers, yeast, hops, and sugar. Taste is nice and hoppy and very floral. Kind of sweet. Very nicely balanced. Flavors work as

Hazy orange, 1 finger head on this one. thanks chris for sharing the bomber. Smells really good. Smells like mango and papaya and kiwi with honey. Good maltiness like a graham cracker. really yeasty. Really good mouthfeel. Nice sweetness that fades to a thick maltiness. tasty!

22 oz purchased at Julio’s Liquors. No bottle date of any kind. But it does state it is 5.5 % ABV. Cloudy gold color with lasting head in the snifter. Aroma is is rather pleasant, elderflowers and Belgian yeast give a great combo of fresh floral notes and some fruit.

The flavor has the same balance of fruit and floral hops and dried flowers. The mouthfeel is medium with a soft airy character that has the flower and yeast hints linger after the sip. The flavors mingle really well and not one thing overwhelms any of the other elements. Highly drinkable, I really enjoyed this, well above average for me.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a hazy yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that quickly dissipated. Light messy speckled lacing glosses around the glass.
The smell starts off with some sweet lemon, gathers up some sweet floral qualities melts into tropical fruits and then allows some dry piney notes to blend.
The taste was moderately sweet with an underscore of dry pine, combining and running into the aftertaste and then bleeding into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation feels good for the style and for me. Somewhat sticky sweet piney character soaks my tongue.
Overall, I see where they got the name, its definitely one that drinks like juice. I’d say this was really nice and I’d have it again.

Pours gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Tropical fruit, bacon and hay aromas. Sweet almond and caramel upfront turning to pepper and tropical fruit in the lasting finish.
