A further development of its American heritage! The American Pale Ale was born in the United States where brewers use locally sourced hops – giving the beverage a powerful hit of citrus!
Our interpretation of the American Pale Ale boasts those same powerful hop characteristics with elements of blood grapefruit, apricot, pine, syrup and herbs. Served best at 10-12 ° C and enjoyed with friends while eating great food!

Bottle from Beer Zoo. Hazy amber body with a thick off-white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of pine, earth and caramel. Flavour of earthy hops and a sour, coppery finish. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. The sourness in the flavour is off putting.
